1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Bot Arena, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The Bot Arena service

Bot Arena provides tools for configuring and observing automated trading scenarios. Features can include a bot roster, demo sessions, account-mode selection, session settings, and performance displays. Bot Arena is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary.

3. Eligibility and lawful use

You may use the app only if you are legally permitted to do so where you live and under the terms that apply to your trading account. You are responsible for confirming any age, licensing, residency, tax, and regulatory requirements that apply to you.

4. Third-party account service

Some functions require an account with an independent third-party service. If you choose to sign in, your relationship with that service is governed by its own terms, privacy policy, risk disclosures, account rules, and applicable law. Bot Arena does not control the third-party service, its platform, market data, execution, availability, account decisions, or recordkeeping.

5. No advice or performance promise

Bot profiles, strategies, signals, examples, statistics, session results, and other app content are provided for informational and educational purposes. They are not financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation, offer, solicitation, or guarantee of any financial result.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, protect your account credentials and device, use appropriate risk limits, and promptly stop using the app if you believe your account or device has been compromised. You are responsible for all bot settings and trading actions initiated through your account, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Bot Arena. In particular, you may not:

• circumvent security, authentication, account limits, or restrictions imposed by a third-party service;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or disrupt the app or its supporting services, except where law does not permit this restriction;
• use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity; or
• use Bot Arena in a way that violates applicable law or the terms of a third-party service.

8. Intellectual property

Bot Arena and its content, design, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Market conditions, network connectivity, device limitations, and third-party services may affect how the app works.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bot Arena is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bot Arena will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.
