Delete Account and Data

Use this page to request deletion of Bot Arena data if you no longer have access to the app. You can also remove Bot Arena data directly from the app.

Effective date: July 14, 2026

Request deletion

Send an email from the address associated with your account to Bot Arena's verified privacy-support address. In the message, include the account email and the words “Delete Bot Arena data”. Do not send your password, two-factor code, or payment details.

Email a deletion request

No email app opened? Write to help@new-topic.online from any mail service, using the subject “Delete Bot Arena data”.

We may request information needed to verify that you control the account before completing a request. We will confirm receipt and explain any additional steps or retention required by law.

Remove data in the app

Open Bot Arena and sign in.
Open Settings.
Choose Delete Account.
Select Remove Local Data and confirm.

This immediately removes the Bot Arena preferences and bot-career history stored on that device, clears saved app credentials, unregisters the device's push-notification token when possible, and signs you out.

What a request covers

Data or account	What happens
Bot Arena data on your device	Can be removed immediately through the in-app steps above. Uninstalling the app may also remove app data, subject to your device and backup settings.
Bot Arena service data	We will process a verified request to delete data controlled by Bot Arena, including data used to operate Bot Arena features, unless retention is necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or a legal obligation.
Third-party service account and records	Not deleted by Bot Arena. The independent third-party service controls that account, its transaction history, payment records, and any legally required retention. Contact that service through its official support channel for account closure or deletion.

Important information

Deleting Bot Arena data does not close your account with a third-party service, cancel an active trade, or erase transaction records held by that service. Stop any active bot and review your account before requesting deletion.

Some data may need to be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal and regulatory compliance. If this applies to your request, we will explain the category of data and the reason for retention.
