Delete Account and Data
Use this page to request deletion of Bot Arena data if you no longer have access to the app. The quickest way is to delete your account directly in the app.

Request deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your account to Bot Arena's verified privacy-support address. In the message, include the account email and the words “Delete Bot Arena data”. Do not send your password, two-factor code, or payment details.
No email app opened? Write to help@new-topic.online from any mail service, using the subject “Delete Bot Arena data”.
We may request information needed to verify that you control the account before completing a request. We will confirm receipt and explain any additional steps or retention required by law.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Bot Arena and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
This immediately deletes the data Bot Arena keeps about you on its servers — bot careers, progress, missions, in-game energy and leaderboard entries — and on that device, clears saved app credentials, and signs you out. It also sends a request to close your Pocket Option trading account, which we pass on to Pocket Option; closing it can take up to 30 days.
What a request covers

| Third-party service account and records | Bot Arena cannot close it directly. Deleting your account in the app sends Pocket Option a request to close it, which can take up to 30 days. Pocket Option controls that account, its transaction history, payment records, and any legally required retention; you can also contact Pocket Option's support directly. |
Important information
Some data may need to be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal and regulatory compliance. If this applies to your request, we will explain the category of data and the reason for retention.
