Bot Arena
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Bot Arena handles information when you use the Bot Arena mobile application and related support services.
Effective date: July 14, 2026
1. Scope
This Policy applies to information Bot Arena processes in connection with the app. Sign-in and trading-account functions are supplied by an independent third-party service. That service's privacy policy, terms, and data practices also apply to information it processes.
2. Information we handle
Depending on the features you use, Bot Arena may access or process the following categories of information:
- Account information: your email address, account identifier, display name, authentication status, and two-factor-authentication status.
- Trading and session information: account mode, balances, available assets, bot configuration, session settings, and trade or session results needed to show and operate features you choose.
- Device and app information: operating-system and app information, an AppsFlyer installation identifier, and attribution or conversion information generated by the AppsFlyer SDK.
- Notification information: a Firebase Cloud Messaging registration token and device platform, but only after you enable notifications.
- Data stored on your device: app preferences and bot-career history. On supported mobile devices, saved sign-in credentials are stored in the operating system's secure keychain or keystore to support sign-in between launches.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, connect the app to the trading-account services you select, display balances and sessions, operate bots only when you start them, deliver notifications you enable, keep the app secure, troubleshoot problems, and measure campaign attribution and app installation performance.
4. How information is shared
Bot Arena may share information only as needed to provide the app:
- with the third-party service that supplies sign-in and trading-account functions, and its server-side integration, to authenticate you and provide account, trading, and notification functions;
- with Firebase Cloud Messaging, when you choose to enable push notifications;
- with AppsFlyer, for attribution and analytics functions; and
- with service providers, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of rights.
Bot Arena does not sell personal information.
5. Retention and deletion
Preferences and bot-career history stored by Bot Arena remain on your device until you remove them in the app or uninstall the app. Saved credentials may be removed from the device by signing out or using the app's local-data removal feature.
Information held by the third-party service, including account and transaction records, is retained under that service's policies and any applicable legal or regulatory obligations. We may retain limited information when necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
To request deletion of Bot Arena data, see Delete Account. That page explains the scope of deletion and how to submit a request when you cannot access the app.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. For example, the mobile app uses the platform secure keychain or keystore for saved credentials and does not persist a password in web local storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You can disable notifications in the app's Settings, sign out, remove Bot Arena data stored on your device, and request deletion as described on the Delete Account page. You may also have privacy rights under applicable law, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the app, our practices, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
9. Privacy contact
For a privacy question or request, email help@new-topic.online. Please do not send passwords, two-factor codes, or full payment details in an email.
