Risk Disclosure

Using simulation results to make real-trading decisions involves substantial risk. Review this disclosure carefully before relying on Bot Arena results outside the app.

Using simulation results to trade with real money elsewhere can lead to the loss of all funds committed to a trade. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose.

1. Financial loss

Trading financial instruments is inherently risky. Prices and outcomes can change rapidly, and a real trade may result in a loss. A favorable simulation result does not reduce the risk of future losses in live trading.

2. Simulation and strategy risk

Bot Arena simulates bot behavior according to the settings you select. A simulation cannot reproduce every real-market condition, including live prices, liquidity, execution, timing, spreads, platform availability, and emotional pressure. A bot does not understand your financial circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance, or a market event that has not yet occurred.

3. You control real-trading decisions

Before relying on a simulation, check the selected asset, amount, duration, session limit, and any other configuration. You are solely responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to trade with real money outside Bot Arena. A simulated risk limit or automatic stop is an educational control, not a guarantee against loss.

4. Simulation results are not live performance

Simulated scenarios are for practice and learning. They may not reflect live execution, liquidity, pricing, timing, availability, emotional pressure, account restrictions, or losses that can occur with real money. Do not rely on simulation performance to predict live results.

5. Technical and third-party risks

Internet outages, device failures, delayed data, software defects, service interruptions, maintenance, or failures at third-party services can affect a simulation or any separate live-trading activity. Bot Arena does not control a third-party service's platform, market data, transaction execution, or the availability of a network or device.

6. No guarantee and no advice

No bot, signal, statistic, historical result, strategy description, or other app content guarantees a profit, a particular result, or protection from loss. Bot Arena does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. See the Educational Disclaimer for more information.

7. Legal and personal suitability

Trading products may be restricted or unsuitable in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for determining whether use of the app and any trading activity is legal and suitable for you, and for understanding all fees, product terms, and risks imposed by the relevant third-party service.
